Automation work samples
Python tools that replace manual work with Excel, PDF, and CSV files. Each page shows the output of an actual run.
The samples are Japanese business data, and the tools handle what comes with it: Shift_JIS files, Japanese era dates, full-width digits, 10% and 8% consumption tax on one invoice, and invoice registration numbers. The pages explain them in English.
Invoice PDFs into an Excel list
From a folder of invoice PDFs to an Excel list and a payment schedule. Wrong tax and duplicate billing are stopped, with the reason.

Three stores' CSVs with different encodings and column names, combined into a monthly report. Problem rows are listed with row numbers.
